What outside diameter can you extrude for tubes?

For the large-diameter material group (PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PE, ABS, TPE, TPR) the outside diameter goes up to 100 mm, with wall thickness from 0.2 to 10 mm; larger diameters are subject to machine scheduling. For the precision material group (PC, PETG, PCTG, PU, TPU) the outside diameter is up to 35 mm with wall thickness from 0.2 to 5 mm, also subject to machine scheduling.

Can tubes be cut to a fixed length?

Yes. Fixed-length cutting is a standard secondary operation, and the shortest cut length we quote is 1 mm. Cut length is specified on the drawing, and the quotation states the tolerance applied to it.

Can you bend, drill, chamfer or print tubes?

Yes — angled cutting, chamfering and polishing, tube bending, drilling and silk-screen printing are all available as secondary operations on extruded tubes. Tell us which operations you need when you request a quotation, because they affect both price and lead time.

What is the minimum order for a tube?

150 kg per single specification, calculated by weight. Each specification is counted separately. Orders below the minimum incur a one-time setup charge.

Size boundaries

Size ranges depend on the material group, because the two groups run on different machines at different temperature profiles. Sizes outside the ranges below are confirmed against machine scheduling before we quote.

Large-diameter group: PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PE, ABS, TPE, TPR — outside diameter up to 100 mm (larger diameters are subject to machine scheduling), wall thickness 0.2–10 mm.
Precision group: PC, PETG, PCTG, PU, TPU — outside diameter up to 35 mm (precision materials are subject to machine scheduling), wall thickness 0.2–5 mm.

Materials

13 materials are processable in house. The group determines the available size range, not the other way round.

Colour: Natural, black and colours, plus special effects such as glow-in-the-dark and fluorescent; colour is added via masterbatch or dedicated additives.

Ordering basics

Minimum order: 150 kg per single specification, calculated by weight. Each specification is counted separately — several specifications ordered together do not combine into one minimum.
Below the minimum: A one-time setup charge applies. The quotation states it separately.
Prototyping: 3–5 working days.
Volume production: 7–10 working days, counted from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of the drawing.
Quotation: Standard specifications from a drawing or sample are quoted within 30 minutes; custom tooling projects within 1 working day. Quotations are tax-inclusive.

Quality boundary

Material traceability: Raw material is shipped with a material certificate plus FDA, RoHS, REACH and MSDS test reports.
Finished-product testing: We do not perform finished-product testing or certification. If you need a third-party report, we can support sample submission to a third-party laboratory.
