Custom cross-sections developed in our own mould workshop, from a drawing or a sample, through first-article approval to volume production.
These are the extruded profiles themselves — not finished goods, not assembled parts and not complete machines.
A profile starts from a cross-section, so the first step is tooling. Our own mould workshop and on-site tooling technicians develop the die from your drawing, then a first-article sample is extruded on the production tooling for your approval before the volume run.
The same two material groups apply to profiles. Anything outside the ranges below is confirmed against machine scheduling before we quote.
Tubes are extruded from round dies in continuous lengths — see the tube page for diameter ranges, or read the detailed minimum-order rules.
