These answers reflect our current standard terms. Specification questions depend on machine scheduling; the confirmed drawing and order take precedence.

01What is the largest outside diameter you can extrude?

For the large-diameter material group (PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PE, ABS, TPE, TPR) we can extrude up to an outside diameter of 100 mm (larger diameters are subject to machine scheduling), with wall thickness from 0.2 to 10 mm. Specifications outside the standard range are confirmed against machine scheduling before we quote.

02What sizes can you produce in PC or PETG?

For the precision material group (PC, PETG, PCTG, PU, TPU) the outside diameter is up to 35 mm (precision materials are subject to machine scheduling), with wall thickness from 0.2 to 5 mm. These materials run at 200-230 degrees Celsius on dedicated machines, so the size range is narrower than for the large-diameter group.

03What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is calculated by weight: 150 kg per single specification. Orders below the minimum incur a one-time setup charge, assessed per mould and per colour and quoted together with your quotation. Each specification is calculated separately — ordering several specifications together does not combine them into one minimum.

04What dimensional tolerance can you hold?

Tolerances follow your drawing or a named standard — for linear dimensions we work to DIN 16941-2A when that is what the drawing calls for. Where no tolerance is specified, we propose values based on material, cross-section and machine, and confirm them with the quotation. Custom profiles are approved against a first-article sample.

05How long do prototyping and production take?

Prototyping takes 3-5 working days and volume production 7-10 working days. Lead time starts from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of the drawing, subject to the quotation or contract.

06How is pricing calculated?

Extrusion is priced by weight (a per-kilogram rate), not per piece, because the weight of a given cross-section changes with material and wall thickness. Quotations are tax-inclusive; a 13% VAT special invoice is available. Freight is quoted separately at the carrier’s actual rate; payment terms T/T or L/C, negotiable, in USD or CNY. Standard specifications from a drawing or sample are quoted within 30 minutes; custom tooling projects within 1 working day.

07Can you develop tooling for a custom profile from our drawing?

Yes. We have our own mould workshop and dedicated tooling technicians on site, and we support build-to-drawing, build-to-sample, OEM and ODM. Custom cross-sections are developed from the customer’s drawing.

08Can colours be customized?

Yes — the full colour range, including natural, black and colours, plus special effects such as glow-in-the-dark and fluorescent. Colour is added via masterbatch or dedicated additives. Note that prototype and production colours can differ slightly, so the approved sample is the reference.

09Do your products come with certification?

Raw material is shipped with a material certificate plus FDA, RoHS, REACH and MSDS test reports, and material is traceable. We do not perform finished-product testing or certification. If a customer needs a third-party finished-product report, we can support sample submission to a third-party laboratory.

10How many extrusion lines do you run, and what is your capacity?

We run 10 extrusion production lines in a 1,100 square metre plant in Longgang, Shenzhen. Design capacity is 1,600 tonnes per year, with routine monthly output of 56 tonnes. Capacity is shared across materials and specifications, so the lead time for a particular profile is confirmed against machine scheduling before we quote.

11How can I verify your factory before placing an order?

Ask for our unified social credit code (91440300783906967J) and check it in the national enterprise credit registry in China; ask for a live video walkthrough of the extrusion lines and the mould workshop; request a first-article sample made on the production tooling; and confirm that the filing number in our website footer matches this domain. We do not perform finished-product testing or certification: raw material arrives with a material certificate plus FDA, RoHS, REACH and MSDS reports, and we can support sample submission to a third-party laboratory if you need a finished-product report.

12How do samples and first-article approval work?

Send a dimensioned cross-section drawing or a physical sample. We confirm the specification and quote first, then produce a prototype in 3-5 working days. You approve that sample before volume production, and the approved sample becomes the reference for colour, dimensions and surface finish. Volume production then runs 7-10 working days from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of the drawing.

13Do you supply buyers outside China?

Our customers are mainly in the domestic market and include a large number of export traders; products reach Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East through those trading channels. Quotations are tax-inclusive and freight is quoted separately at the actual carrier rate, so ask for the destination port and quantity when you request a quote.
