What is the largest outside diameter you can extrude?

For the large-diameter material group (PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PE, ABS, TPE, TPR) we can extrude up to an outside diameter of 100 mm (larger diameters are subject to machine scheduling), with wall thickness from 0.2 to 10 mm. Specifications outside the standard range are confirmed against machine scheduling before we quote.

What sizes can you produce in PC or PETG?

For the precision material group (PC, PETG, PCTG, PU, TPU) the outside diameter is up to 35 mm (precision materials are subject to machine scheduling), with wall thickness from 0.2 to 5 mm. These materials run at 200-230 degrees Celsius on dedicated machines, so the size range is narrower than for the large-diameter group.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is calculated by weight: 150 kg per single specification. Orders below the minimum incur a one-time setup charge. Each specification is calculated separately — ordering several specifications together does not combine them into one minimum.

How long do prototyping and production take?

Prototyping takes 3-5 working days and volume production 7-10 working days. Lead time starts from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of the drawing, subject to the quotation or contract.

How is pricing calculated?

Extrusion is priced by weight (a per-kilogram rate), not per piece, because the weight of a given cross-section changes with material and wall thickness. Quotations are tax-inclusive; a 13% VAT special invoice is available. Freight is quoted separately at the carrier’s actual rate. Standard specifications from a drawing or sample are quoted within 30 minutes; custom tooling projects within 1 working day.

Can you develop tooling for a custom profile from our drawing?

Yes. We have our own mould workshop and dedicated tooling technicians on site, and we support build-to-drawing, build-to-sample, OEM and ODM. Custom cross-sections are developed from the customer’s drawing.

Can colours be customized?

Yes — the full colour range, including natural, black and colours, plus special effects such as glow-in-the-dark and fluorescent. Colour is added via masterbatch or dedicated additives. Note that prototype and production colours can differ slightly, so the approved sample is the reference.
